Airventure flying days are about getting qualified pilots out using their wings — more airtime, more local knowledge and more time around people who actually fly.

The calendar follows the sky.
Paragliding does not reward rigid scheduling. Flying days are organised when the forecast and site conditions create a worthwhile opportunity.
That might mean coastal soaring, a hinterland day or simply getting a group of pilots together somewhere suitable. The site, timing and plan are confirmed around the conditions rather than forcing a predetermined location.
WHAT THEY ARE
A flying day — not another classroom.
Unless a day is specifically advertised as coaching or training, these are community flying days for appropriately qualified pilots. They are an opportunity to build experience, meet other pilots and spend more time around active local flying.
Pilots remain responsible for operating within their qualification, experience and site requirements.
